Spicy Peruvian Cilantro is a sauce absolutely packed with flavor….spice from the jalapeños, acid from the lime juice and herbaceous undertones from the cilantro. It’s hot but cool, zippy but creamy, all at the same time. This sauce is delicious on absolutely everything (grilled steak, chicken, fish, veg, eggs).
