Remember all of those amazing “fusion” restaurants in the 90’s and 2000’s? Every one of them invariably featured a dish with peanut sauce and I was ALL ABOUT IT and still am! Saucy Spoon Thai Peanut sauce is ridiculously delicious drizzled over grilled pork tenderloin, charred chicken thighs or, of course, any stir fry you can dream up. My recipe has coconut milk, tamari, lime juice, fresh ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper for a little heat. You’ll be licking your plate clean!
