Thanksgiving is right around the corner and although I cannot wait to enjoy the quintessential favorites (mashed potatoes and stuffing!), there’s one thing I’ll be extra excited to see on my plate…a crunchy fall salad! Saucy Spoon Fig + Balsamic Vinaigrette with Dijon will be perfect on a crunchy radicchio salad with roasted carrots, walnuts and sliced avocado or over shaved brussels sprouts with fennel, parmesan and apple.
