This earthy, vegan soup recipe comes from one of my fav cookbooks— “Cookish” by Milk Street. Cauliflower, harissa spiked almonds and onion are cooked down and blended to perfection, creating a uniquely flavorful, rich and complex soup. Finish it with my crunchy, spicy oyster crackers and chopped cilantro for the perfect winter lunch.

1 qt. is perfect for two individual lunches or one dinner for two people. Includes side garnish.
