Inspired by the genius of Roy Choi, my Soy Scallion Sauce features ginger, Rice Wine Vinegar, Korean chili flakes, sesame oil and of course, lots of chopped scallions. A giant jar of this incredible sauce is a permanent fixture in my fridge! This delicious drizzle is a perfect addition to so many things—roasted veg with a fried egg in the morning, crispy potatoes, or of course, a rice bowl with grilled salmon or steak. Breakfast, lunch or dinner…the possibilities are endless.
